★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never trust these people. My bike was severly scratched on delivery and when I tried to contact there was no response. I paid money for packing and everything and this happened. Never in my life I will use their courier and parcel service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus is good. I opted for non-AC sleeper. It was a very good experience, especially looking outside and savouring in the wind coming from outside. However, the bus did not reach the pick-up point on time. It took about half an hour. God knows at what time it will arrive in the destination point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled during the covid time to Bangalore from calicut in non AC seni semi sleeper with upper sleeping facility . They were on time arriving in Bangalore. So i booked the return also in A1. It was again early arrival in calicut. Driving was good. Overall good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst travel I had ever. No Punctuality, No Response to customer, No Cleanliness ..... Dont ever try this travel, even if there is emergency dont travel in this travels. Simply waste A1 travels. Especially the bus driver and other staff they are so kind and helpful ? like they even cant pick up the call and pick up the passenger at right location
