★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Poor Service...Booked non a/c sleeper Bangalore to Udupi...10 pm Yeshwantpur....6 pm i received Bus Details ..called Conductor number.no one picked...after repeated calls finally someone picked up and i confirmed that i would get in at Goruguntapalya....@ 8pm i received another SMS..this has bus number + conductor number + Bus tracking URL...but bus number was totally different from the initial SMS which i received...however i was not able to identify this...as this issue never occured to me before....so i went ahead with tracking the new bus number via URL and called the conductor number...and told him my details i.e. Seat Number and Name...they blindly agreed to pick me up...when the bus came to my stop @ 10 20....i got in based on the details provided in the new sms...and conductor..did not verify my details against the seat and took me in..it was after driving few kms..he realised i got into wrong bus...
i dont know whom to blame for this misinfo..but travels guys were surely lethargic and careless in this matter..even though i had wrong info...they didn cross verify and blindly let me in...i got down in the next stop...luckily my actual bus was far behind..and the original conductor only contacted me after he reached yeshwantpur..till then he didn pick up my calls..
Seats were okayish but windows were too hard to open...this i observed in both the buses i got in...suspension and driving was bad...didn get sleep entire night..to make matters worse...my co-passenger was snoring very loud too...i requested conductor to stop for break..he didn listen...and was rude....
Overall a disappointing experience, attaching SMS i received as proof...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bharathi travels buses make huge noise even if the road is good. Do not travel in their sleeper bus from Bangalore to coastal cities of Karnataka. It is a hell travelling in their buses because of noise. They fill lots of luggages and you feel like you are travelling in the luggage bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic travels. I boarded a bus from Mangalore to Bangalore on Sep 1. I had a TV with me. The driver said I had to pay 1000rs extra for the TV. He said the bill will be provided in Bangalore. While getting down at Bangalore he arranged a fake bill from a different travels and he asked me to pay for it. He then threatened to break the TV if I don't pay when I asked for his company bill and not a fake bill from any other travels. They then asked me to pay 2000 instead of 1000. Worst travels ever, please do not travel with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello all, worst experience with me is that I have booked scania bus but they will change the bus without information. Simply they changed ac sleeper coach which is less fare. Also during boarding they behaved rudely when I raised this concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this travels, bus broke down happened at kurnool while on the way to hyderabad at 3:30 AM, they have arranged rtc bus at 7AM & we all reached Hyderabad at 10:30AM. Pathetic thing when they arranged rtc bus there is no dedicated seats for kids you have to carry along with you in one seat. I booked berth for my kid even though she is 4years old. To be Frank these travels has to refund the amount. Driver Baba is very very rude, he never picked my call during pickup time as i waited at hebbal esteem Mall pickup point for morethan 50min from actual departure time. While boarding into RTC bus his behavior was very rude. If I see him in hyderbad i will show him hell for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need better time management on their busses. The drivers are irresponsible the office staff, and office staff blames drivers. Time sensitivity is a big zero. I had to travel in one of their buses and that was my worst bus travel experience ever.
