★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always travel in PK travels mainly because of their customer engagement.The staff's are very well behaved especially the staff in Volvo B11R (Bangalore-Vadakara via Mananthavady,Thamarassery,Calicut,Payyoli),Bus no:5888.Don't know about their other buses,but their Volvo B11R is well maintained,the money we pay is worthy of it.Moreover they always provide 10% discount when you book tickets through their official site. They always drop off passenger where the customer asked them to drop.In the end I'm extremely satisfied with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the parcel service office of PK travels as I had to send some musical instruments home. The same items were very costly to ship through bluedart or dtdc or movers and packers and had lot more hassles with e-waybill and other documentation.
The receptionist at the office was extremely polite and answered all my queries. He also ensured me that my instruments would be transported without any damage. All I had to do was drop the package at their office after packing them securely, pay the money and leave. They even helped arrange transportation from my destination city to my home on our request.
Friendly and professional service for people looking for easy and hassle free transport of their goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst customer care. We tried to call number of times for given boarding number. They are goons and threatened us. remembered Kallada travel incidents. Kindly keep good staff for customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a bus ticket from bangalore to kerala through pk travels. They were very quick and I was at ease because I had a safe driver with me. The bus ride was comfortable and they never once broke my trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty cabin, staff is having drinks with the passengers from behind which also makes the whole bus smell liquor, delays. Reached destination 2 hrs late. Overall very pathetic experience for an AC sleeper. Felt like a non AC semi sleeper which they using for spare or something. Done with this service. Ohh my morning view was the staff spitting amd it being all over my window ?♂️
