★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience I wouldnt give even a star for this pathetic service. Do not ever do parcel service with them , I lost my money and my vehicle reached 2 days late.They (SMPK)did not pay the concerned travels and I had to pay again at destination office to get my vehicle delivered.pls do not support such fraud services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The raahat travels shows this as a stoppage. There is no place to sit. If you have luggage and family, then the waiting is horrible. The bus stops near the ayappa temple and there too no place to sit and wait for the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst and cheet fellow. I booked non ac sleeper bt they gave me a semi sleeper and departure time is 10.30 bt bus departure at 12.30 .stay away, dont believe this travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Travels...I booked from Bangalore to Chennai and i choose Martthali as boarding point but it didn't come to the boarding point.Even though they didn't made any call when the bus arrive to the boarding point. when i called to office they are not responding to the call. I ended up loss..

Not even worth a star.
Worst of worst...I booked from Bangalore to coimbatore and i choose Electronic city as boarding point but it didn't come to the boarding point.Even though they didn't made any call when the bus arrive to the near by boarding point... when i called to office response also rude and not good ....they picking some other customers and get seperate ticket charge from them also and they left..i ended up loss..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. It stopped in the middle of the night. We had to get down and we stayed there until three in the morning. Then they bought another bus in which all the passengers got into. One worse than the other. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small waiting place, should stand on the the footpath with all our luggage in front of their office to board the bus. Only thing is bus come on time and doesn't wait for more than 5 min,must be quick and fast to board the bus. Can't do anything as it's office is located in such an area that the vehicles and everyone has to keep moving fast.
