DONT ever book a ticket in KPN. Travel if u want to go with such an arrogant travel agency. Worst of the worstest travels in south.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled by KPN A/C sleeper from Bengaluru to Chennai on 13th of this month.
The whole experience was bad, right from the boarding point at Kalasapalayam to Chennai. The staff were rude, boarding point was horrible, cell phone chargers inside the bus was not working, long stop at T nagar to unload luggage and then finally they stopped in the middle of the road near Koyambedu CMBT.
These guys were the best some years back and it is sad to see them going down :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The KPN bus is third class and not at all good and safe for journey. We had to cancel both to and from tickets which we had booked. We request you to kindly refund full money for this and blacklist KPN bus for this route as the bus is in very very bad condition from Bangalore To Rameswaram. We have filed a legal complain for the loss caused due to this and cancellation of hotel bookings and all related bookings and harassment to senior citizens due to lame and pathetic service by KPN
