★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't even rate 1 Star..Very poor service and behaviour. Unfortunately I booked Kalpaka from Bangalore to Calicut through Redbus. Set boarding point as Madiwala.My pick up time was at 7.15 PM and the bus arrived at 7.30 ,there were lot of passengers waiting there to get into the bus.I come to know that it was a pick bus to Kalasippalayam when I checked with a fellow passenger and I had to find my bus from there.
Bus was jam packed ,there were around 60+ passengers got into the bus , literally I couldn't stand. It took almost 45mins to reach Kalasippalayam.After all the struggle finally I reached Kalasippalayam then I found a huge queue infront of Kalpaka bus office (Same image added here),later I came to know that it's for taking boarding pass.After 10-15 mins waiting I got borading pass where I could find bus number and seat number. I searched for the bus unfortunately I couldn't find the bus and one of the Kalpaka employees told me that the bus might come around 9.30. I waited half an hour or more then the bus came.
There was no chairs to sit near to their office even space for standing.
I am a paid passenger then why should I stand inside the bus till Kalasippalayam.?
Why haven't they provided seats for passengers to sit till the time bus arrive?
When enquired this they told me that that was a peak day they could provide this much facilities only if I wanted I could travel otherwise not needed.
Finally I got into the bus and politely asked to bus driver ,"Is it going through Thamarassery ?"
He replied to me very rudely and told yes..
"Can I have tentative time to reach there as I need to ask my brother to pick me up from there" ..But the drivers was not at all acceptable..
It was really shocking for me that none of the passengers were asking any of these points..We guys never respond that's why these people are behaving very badly to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst journey ever had from bangalore to taliparamba, not punctual. We were supposed to reach taliparamba by 5.30 as per the time mentioned in site, but still stucked in kannur. And even bus starting time from kalasipalya was 9.00 pm but they started moving by 10.00 pm only. Staff are not responsible. Same seat numbers are given for 2 customers twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office is very small, No waiting area available, No Public toilet, mostly people get into near by hotels and wait there and also they forced to have food from those hotels, fun part is those hotels are owned by travel agencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was easy to find. But the bus I booked was a semi sleeper one and the actual bus was just a seater with reclining seat. Staff behaviour was good. Overall it's an average choice.
