★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously pathetic service! Sent a bike on Monday from chennai to bangalore. They assured me in one day it will go. But I received only after a week. Apart from the payment made, they will charge extra 100 as unloading payment.. And the worst is they ask 100 even to remove the rope and cover on the bike... Never use this terrible parcel service! It's better to send bike by train...
