★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus operators. No comments for painful experience. They charge for AC bus but will make you travel last mile on non AC. Cleanliness is ultra bad. Seat was full of mud and sand. Toilet stop - they will stop at mid of field somewhere in between.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. The bus was two and a half hours late but the customer support guy said it will arrive in 10 min constantly. The tracking message sent was for the wrong vehicle. The bus stopped nearly 1 km away from the pickup point and they didn't clearly provided any directions correctly.
About the bus its okay, not that clean and the mobile charger doesn't work. they will stop at a decent rest stop.
Arrived at the destination very late because of late pickup. Otherwise the drive was smooth and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KPN Travels is a reknowned bus service, but last time a bus from Madiwala, I had the worst experience in the bus to Tirupur because the A/C was not functioning well and there was a stinky smell in the compartment and the beds were not clean. So I Suggest you to take a EVACAY bus to Banglore in your next ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled time 7.45 but bus arrived 8.50, destination also 2.30 hours late,changing plug is only use for laptop not mobiles,AC control knobs are not working, bus fuel is filling also journey time.totally not value for passenger's time,staff is good,bus condition is ok
