Didn't evn get the refund for cancellation
Very much disappointed experience.Asked for extra amt to drop in the exact location.

But they said the wifi will work within the bus , but it actually was not working even it got connected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very bad at service.. My sister got abandoned in palakkad ( Bangalore - thiruvalla route) when she went for wash room ( on 12/01/2022) .. They left without checking the passengers.. They didn't even bother to pick her back ( she has taken one lorry lift to get the bus who where waiting 3km away) , there was on more person also left behind like this..
On the very next day i was talking to both bangalore and Cochin we haven't got any Refund Or apologies.. No one bothers until it happens to their family.. What if something happens to her?? Will they take the responsibility??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make sure every person is safely sent to their destination with care arranging the necessary things they need. In the bus they provide complimentary snack, along with juice and a water bottle. First time I travelled will continue again. One Mr mani in munnar was very much helpful throughout the journey. One star less as charging point and fan doesn't work in Non Ac. Rest of their service was best ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my sister with our 2 children travelled from Blore to pondicherry by Green line travels. We had our pickup point from madivala office. This office has good sitting arrangements for passengers to wait for bus. Office toilet is very dirty.Bus was clean but not wow! They didn't followed any covid protocols which is must needed during this pandemic. Staffs were good. Overall it's good experience but u dont expect too much hygiene and safe during this time.

Seats are there where wee can wait if going with family.
They need to maintain the washrooms little more clean .
Overall this is useful if the buses are late.
Somebody is there whome we can ask and track the buses.
