★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just boarded into the bus .. awesome service and maintanence. Can you even imagine a bus to reach on time in Bangalore ?? That too on peak days. I promise these people will do it ?. The politeness while talking and taking care of the customer is Soo good . Believe me guys your journey will be very pleasant .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was traveling from Chennai to hosur timing 2pm bus . Covid 19 safety precautions where not there thermal check and hand sanitizer is also not available and bus was very slow heaven TNSTC also overtaken . Very bad experience . Pls take covid 19 precautions it's very important . In this bus aged people also travelled so owner take necessary steps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an very pleasant journey from Chennai to Bangalore. the Bus is very neat and clean they follow all the protocols due to Covid. I missed my hand bag in the bus. KMRL manager called and informed me they found my bag and told to collect my bag at their bangalore office.
