Nodal officer doesn't have knowledge on Service management..service keep down every week..please do not opt if you don't want mental condition get impacted to worse by such Service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Customer care . Close service tickets unilaterally even before our complaints are addressed to.Helplines are perpetually busy and their escalation and nodal officer mail boxes are always non functional one of the ISP to certainly avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star for ACT because 0 wasn’t in option. Pathetic after service, extremely disappointed. I guess i am one of those users who took their service when they started their business in this locality. But their response to any issue is so casual and after several follow ups also they don’t resolve the issue. I guess this was the max ACT could provide to their users. Time for a change and remember with this kind of after service you cannot create a brand. You will also become obsolete soon, like others.
