★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is small but the the service is great. I went here to get new JIO SIM card they will do all the required process and they are providing complete instructions as well. That to without any charge like. But the only problem is they will not answer properly in the phone. I called them for one issue but they didn't answer properly and they cut the call without listing my query.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have to wait too much time, executive come itself 11Am or 1130am, like govt office. and they keep all upi scanners when we say we are paying thru it they says no and only ask money. and I have taken a sim yesterday replacement that too not activated & if ask them they are saying photo mismatch, they even not taken photo also still lying.
it seems jio becoming like Govt offices & They are arguing with customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closed at 9pm. While 10 pm is the official closing time. They are sitting inside having the shutters closed. Wont pickup phone. Don’t go there if you are in a hurry or emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. They are charging 175rs for replacement sim, even though the actual sim cost is 25, by Giving a free mobile stand by.
If you are taking replacement sim from out of Karnataka state, they will say, replacement cannot be given for other states sim. If you buy something extra, then its possible. Best strategy by Jio team.
