★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish.....The HR don't know how to calculate CGPA .They told me to join on july 8th...I went to bangalore and made PG for settlement ...when joining time came they told me that my CGPA is 6.7 and we are hiring 7.0 + candidates...... My suggestion for freshers who are seeking job don't select this company as your first step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst company to start your carrier literally this Deduce Technologies will ruin ur carrier for sure they hire engineering graduates and litreally providing a worst kind jobs which can be done even by a high school drop outs
They have very hectic working hours from 9am to 6.30pm with just 30 mins of lunch break and here comes the worst part which is your salary they will give u a salary which is very less than what the chai wala will earn they will assure u a salary hike after 3 or 6 months of ur joining but belive me only 5 in 100 people can able to take those appraisals and that too those appraisals will be very very less
If u join here belive me ur life will become struck u will be wasting ur precious 1year or 2 years of life which is most important for ur future carrier growth if u join here u will not be able to search for jobs in other organizations because of its hectic work timings U will not find any kind of job satisfaction and salary satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After completion of Engineering if u don't have job means u can join this company otherwise its waste of time and don't expect salary hike more if you are capable of holding Bucket to team leads and manager then u may get some what satisfied hike otherwise no hike, right now working hours is 9am to 7pm which is horrible where ur full day u will be spending in office except sleeping hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really had a worst work experience ever with this company and the management here is extremely horrible.These people hired me as HR but once after on boarding they made me to work as Admin ,Next as IT Admin Later after some days they even tried to make me work as Office Boy Hence this made me to quit the job. The Management really donno know the value of HR post and They just treat a HR/employees as Slaves. My suggestions for job seekers ,This is truly not a right platform to build Good carrier or to Enhance the Knowledge. Especially in HR Domain.
