★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worried about customer, it’s been 2 days the Internet connection disconnected. Whenever call customer support they will say stupid reason. Not a worthy service. Referred my friend tough got 300 rs discount this is a joke. Not recommended anymore. Better go for other network

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Act is a scam company as they generate bill for all the days in a month for end user and least concerned about the office work getting interrupted due to silly "outages" anytime in a month and it has become new trend for customer care to say the complaint has been registered today itself and they take their own convenience of 24 hours to resolve the issue in spite of critical issues at user's end.This company must be banned legally to safeguard the money of public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service, If you use pre-paid connection then also without any confermation this people give advance internet, weather you use or not and after that they start calling you for the payment, They will tourcher like hell, they will call you 20-25 times in a day. and when you will call to support they will keep your call on hold for no reason, i called their Laxmi picked the call and when i asked for why the extra bill charged and all? then she kept my call for hold and after 4-5 min it got disconnected.
Very very bad service, i use Hathway also but i never faced this kind of problem with them. Don't go with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ACT connection is down from past 7 days & have raised a complaint with customer care twice. But still nobody is bothered to resolve it. I even dropped an email to their customer care, nodal office, but looks like ACT is not bothered about the customer satisfaction. Worst people & worst service. Thinking about disconnecting my connection & moving to another service provider

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Act office is not in the location that Google is showing, it was moved to different location. Even the customer care gave me wrong address (old address), and moreover there is no phone number given on Google maps, which disappointed me their clueless service. I just have a direct contact, so finally able to reach correct location. I asked them, if a small shop also maintain Google location, why an internet service provider don't update their address on Google maps.
