I went there twice already to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid and change some of the details but it has still not been done and there's no way to keep track of it. I tried finding out the status through the Vi app, WhatsApp and even called Vi but their customer care is awful so I couldn't get any useful help. Their services are mediocre at best and customer care is the worst!!
