★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience. these people make aadhar update look huge task and make you wait for hours, inspite of covid 19 fears they make us sit in a small hall amongst others, if we have to wait why cant they provide form and send away to return filled form same day at our convenience in working hours. staff have no manners, does not respond to queries, manipulate the words, circle for same issue for days. i wish to never come across these people again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to rate them 5 because my issue was taken care on same day immediately upon stating I would like to complaint on my worst experience with Bangalore One, Bapujinagar office. A female staff who isn't from Aadar counter listened to my concern and requested to stay for 10 minutes to have my request completed from Aadhar staff. It's taken care, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought of not commenting on this pipeline Bangalore One, Just to digest I'm sharing the experience with the lady of Aadahar counter.
I can tell that the Incharge of Bangalore One pipe line,(Vijayanagar) has to pay attention on the customer service of their staffs.
The Aadhar lady was rude and as like she is doing a favour by updating Aadhar.
She were lacking in typing the Aadhar number, address, and in taking the pic.
Emergency she needs counseling on behavior, partiality between the religion, forgetting things, alertness, responsibility, and on professionalism.
