When we went there to pay money he was having tea and kept us waiting

The owner of the shop is very rude , he doesn’t care and respect customers .
He gave us damaged bed sheet which costs ₹1000
When we went there to exchange he didn’t even talk respectfully he was treating as we are beggars and asked us to come later in the day
We drive almost an hour to get there .
Never buy anything here and will never refer anyone to this shop .
