★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My customer relationship with Baroda for more than 8 years. I saw many managers/branch officials coming and going. Intitial 6 years starting from 2010 each and every people were very much professional and with very good attitude towards work. So considered it as best bank in baruipur. But starting from 2017-2018-2019 the behaviour attitude negligency became too worst and currently the people who r sitting in bank just good for nothing. They only harrash people and always try to escape from work and behaviour is too bad. Thinking to close everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank of Baroda is totally a waste , I heard many good things about it but those was totally false, Today I was there for about 3 and half for opening a bank account at baruipur branch , and waiting for my turn but they were so partial ,that they were doing all stuffs hapazadly. And due to that after 4 and half hours thay say that they won't be able to do it due to server turbulence. So I would say please don't come here and take their service. And I would like to mention that there were some staffs who were really helpful but the middle management were good for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious area, lesser no of people. Staff are cooperative in nature. Location is nice. Communication facility is very good. It also locates the regional hub for loan processing. So for local community specially the businessmen it is an ideal go to place for commercial purposes.
