★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is gental and helpful, though i have interaction with 2 staff member only, they have 2 atm and 1 passbook update machine.
Steps and ramp facilities is there for handicap people.
In covid they are taking all necessary precautions and doing their best work.
Passbook machine is quite slow, go in odd timings else queue will be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Branch shifted two shops away to former Vijaya Bank premises. Lot of inefficiency crept in system, typical of public sector banks.Work which is straightforward in other banks takes time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and no atiquetes they are showing them self very busy without any work and not doing a single work properly, thank God I have finished my home loan from this branch. Today I went for loan statement they have given me statement print in used paper with all disaligned rows and columns. Then she sent me to the lady inside the cabin for my provisional certificate and after 15 -20 minutes she gave me education loan provisional certificate instead of home loanloan. Now I have to visit again to branch. I don't know who is the sr.manager of this lady but that I can say bhagwan hi Malik iss branch Ka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accompanied a relative who was interested in opening an account here. Was downright shocked by the rude response we got from the staff.
Instead of welcoming new clientele, one of their staff found nothing wrong in almost shooing us out the door just because we made some inquiries about the diff account types.
As per that staff member this is a "premium branch" and only people willing to keep minimum 25000 monthly balance are allowed or welcome here.
The heck? Is that how u talk down to people? Regardless of what the service is, basic human courtesy is also sometimes too much to ask
After such an experience honestly would you really wanna choose this bank for a new account?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is utterly unprofessional and seems very rude. In the age of technology and extreme covid crisis they tell the customer's to bring signatures on hardcopy where the procedure can be done on email more efficiently. Still I was asked to bring signatures. I had to go to Chinchwad to bring the signatures.
When the bank wasn't merged the staff was extremely cooperative and dealt with human touch. This new staff is quite rude and they don't behave as professional bankers.
As told by them I have brought the signature, let's see what new thing they ask me to bring tomorrow. Also would like to know the name of the female employee who deals in death claim's as she seems to be very confused and does not guide properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is pretty rude and have no knowledge about simple day to day banking they are expected to do.
It's a typcal government office-office style bank where they will make you run from post to pillar for weeks and hand you disappointment at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money deducted from savings account without my consent. Extremely hard to get in touch with the branch manager over the phone and when you do he appears to be in great pain about other customer's complaints and his only response or solution is we'll look into it the systems are down. Wonder how this bank is still operational given there are serious lapses in operating customers accounts.
