★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m holding one saving account with 1ppf account with this branch. since I shifted to Dubai, I wanted to close this account. Many times I visited the branch to request close this account but no one is helping me out. I’m trying to call them nobody answering the phone, is there anyone who can get me the reachable number so that I can talk to them and I can request them again to close my account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been holding 2 accounts with this Branch. Last 1 year I have been trying to get mg address changed as I have shifted out of city. Despite multiple emails no response. No one picks the calls on Branch Numbers. Customer care asks to contact home Branch. Where do you go. Poor Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no customer support here. This seems to be a natural trait of SBI Banks all across India. There is no check Dropbox here. Only a machine exists. If the server is down/machine fails, then the staff won't accept the cheque directly in the counter. They say they won't accept go to machine. What attitude is this. Once a cheque bounced and they didn't bother to call back on the number provided. They send me up & down several times. Finally got the cheque after waiting for an hour. Useless service. Long ques are not a problem if they are good in dealing with customers, but that's not the case. Shouldn't even give one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employers are experienced but stay away from this who will delete your whole history of chrome and won't even help you out with your problem.I checked chrome and got angry when I saw my whole history was goneI don't know what amateurs are working there.Stupid guy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why one should not bank with SBI. Classic case. I had to do an address change. In ICICI, it is done on email with proof. In SBI sector 10. When you enter, there are no instructions, i asked someone and was told to goto first floor counter 1. The counter was not marked , anyway I asked the lady and was given a form. After filling, i handed over the form to her, but was asked to go to counter 3. The gentleman at 3 scribbled his sign, stamped it asked me to go to 1. I waited since the lady was attending to someone. She took my form and checked on pc. After 5 minutes of check, scribbled, stamped again asked me to hand over at counter 3. The guy took the form and kept it. No feedback as to whether process is complete or not. Time taken 45 minutes. I was amused at this behaviour and so decided to write this feedback for everyone from the bank itself. These banks are sitting on prime real estate and employees taking fat salaries, what services are the providing needs introspection. Save your time, bank with ICICI.
