★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At these difficult times nobody wants to go out. Only emergency calls us to go out. The behavior of the manager and the guards is very disrespectful there. I experienced this today when I visited naya bazaar branch.
The protocol of limited entry is followed for general public even if there is some urgency it does not matter they wont allow you to enter the branch until other customers come out. But at the same time another person who came after me was allowed to enter. On asking whats this happening the guard absurdly replied "yha aisa hi hota hai". After the incident I straight went to the manager to report this behavior. I was amazed to see the person entered before me was in there and on complaining the manager replied "he is known and I saw from my window he came so I called in". What is this a personal hall or a public service bank. One who is educated enough to sit on this position should know better or he is not qualified enough.
On guard's behavior he reacted as if its fine to behave like this with customers and its our duty to shut our mouth. He said he will notify guard but didnt do anything. He rudely said tgere are people around ànd i cant say anything now. I felt like the manager has no authority over guard and he accepts the fact that the customer can be treated wrongly but a guard/employee cannot be corrected.
An educated and a position holding person should know well how to manage amd balance both sides , or else he is not eligible to be at the position.
Think twice to be a part of such banks, trust me you dont want to be insulted in a public place like this.
