★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an example of the worst Bank, this is exactly that. Issues don't get solved even after giving multiple letters and reminders. Nobody in thr branch picks up the phone, so don't bother calling. The Manager thinks he know s everything, but just is an incapable of handling anything. Makes me wonder how he has been posted as thr Manager here. It has been 1 month and our issue hasn't been solved, nor do the Bank's clerks have any answer to it. They just pass the responsibility on the main branch and raise their hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is worst. They are least bothered about customer timing. To close a account they informed it would take 30 mins. I provided them all the documents and took a break for 30 mins. I came back and the person went for a break. They wasted 4 hrs of my time.
