★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debit card charges are debited twice, & after cancellation of debit card also they are deducting charges for the debit card twice, and for the A/c in which we have not opted for debit card for that A/c also they are charging for debit card twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unfriendly branch. The lady at the cashier to receive cash was extremely rude. There is no intent to serve customers but only how the job cannot be done. I had gone to the PPF department to operate my account. At 11am in the morning the account gets locked and marked as day ended. After waiting for 3 hours we still couldn’t complete our formalities. Had to constantly follow up. Finally left the branch without our cheque with great promises of cheque being couriered and a follow up call. No call came and no signs of cheque. Most customer unfriendly branch. Sad to say it’s the Bangalore main branch. Truly disappointed.
