★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stafs are behaving like rowdies as we have opened 10 accounts a month before but sill we havent got Atm cards, went to enquire about that but they are giving careless answers and telling we are not responsible for those this we have sent all the needed thing through post office if u guys need go and check in post office or call to customer care and raise complaint like you have lost the card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique staff, never seen before. I went there to open an account and they asked me why do I want to open another bank account if I already have one. BoB is a good bank but this branch staff need to learn business etiquettes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have no personal vengeance and by completely understanding the rules and regulations of the bank, just want to make a mention about managerial misconduct of Yelahanka Newtown RTO complex BOB bank branch manager. He was downright rude,discriminatory and disrespectful. It was also disheartening to see his smirking off face every now and then. I believe he needs to be taught customer service skills and ethics, hoping the higher authorities take a disciplinary action to ensure employees behave well with customers and not bluntly which is highly unexpected. Even the BOB Regional bank branch manager of Bengaluru North, Mr.K Sathyanarayana Naik disconnected the call abruptly when a matter of concern was being addressed to him over the phone.
