I am kindly requesting don't open account in indusind bank. Worst customer service.
Here is no zero star option. I have to select minimum 1 star. So I am selecting 1 star.
I want to give 0 marks to this branch and bank.
My company opened SALARY account in this branch. I got atm card but it is not activating from starting. I called this branch. They told atm pin will come by courier. But I did not get. So I went this branch. Nobody is taking care and nobody is helping me. They told me to call cutomer care but I tried lot of times but can't able to talk with customer care. After a huge request this branch working girl tried call to customer care but she also not able to get line. Finally she asked me to raise request for new card request. I got more disappointed and raised request for new card and came from jail(bank). I don't know when I will get my atm card. After getting atm card I don't know when it will get activate. Oh my god please help me from this bank. I don't know how I am going to survive with this worst bank and branch.
After getting my atm card activated I will not keep any 1 rupees also in this account. Whenever I get my salary immediately I will transfer all money to my idbi bank account. I am using idbi bank from last 7 years. Still I did not get any trouble.
But here I am getting trouble each and every day.
Please friends i am requesting one more time. Kindly don't open account in indusind bank. ???
