My wife has a bank account here and when she went for a query their treatment was pathetic. They think they are god! You IOB fools ! No thank you - we r moving to private bank. Get lost!

Mr. Murali - Chief Manager was worse than the intern/trainee. he had no clue on procedure to activate a dormant account. he literally said, go back to your home branch which is 350 kms away and get it sorted. IOB in MG road solved a similar issue with ease 2 years back..
