★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 500LPD 3 numbers for my hospital and 1 panneled pressurised solar 500 lit to my house. After 1 week of installation all 3 LpD solar water heaters started leaking . Contacted the company given service personnel name and number who is not responding . Daily lots of water is getting wasted. Very much regretted for buying this solar water heaters.
Waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of money and worst customer service. Bought this 165LPD pressurised solar in 2019. It stopped working from April 2021. Registered complaint on 15th April, # SS2794. Following this customer service team in these 3 months to get only standard reply " we will allot technician to visit your place". Even after many calls and e-mails, problem not resolved!. Worst product and reckless customer service team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience we have ever had with this low quality products. Just exactly one year ago we bought solar water heater. In a year so many leakages,and no proper response.i call service technician for yearly service of tank, after checking he said no salt in the pipes, no need of service now. Then checked for leakages and he said tank is rusted .water is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few months back I had requested for solar water heater servicing with a complaint of leakage from tank. The technician forwarded by the company attended and advised for service of tank and replacing fiber washer and collected Rs.3150 and assured that leakage would stop. However leakage continued and after follow up he visited and then told that tank needs to be replaced and collected copy of bill and guarantee, but there is no development. The question is if tank needs to be replaced, why he should advice for service and replace of washers, collect amount. Now even after four to five months, submission of all the documents, three persons visiting the site and making videos, innumerous follow up calls, they still say video done by earlier technician as not proper. Every time a new fellow visits and demands. Rs.500/. When called to their representative, the lady representative does not even know the complaint escalation of mechanism and does not know the number of higher authority who can resolve the complaint. Worst company, worst product. Please think twice before purchasing any product of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought this product after so many reviews from various people, but rust me neither the product nor the service is upto the mark.
Got it installed during the second week of Dec 2020, there is leakage as shown in the pics, ever since am running behind the customer support and also directly contacted the owner himself (Mr.Fazal) , every time I call them come up with standard answers saying we will send the technician, but never happens.
There was once a miscommunication from my end, even after explaining and apologizing for my mistake, there has not been any kind of response from these frauds.
Please stay away from these people.
