★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branch of HDFC with no interest to help customers on their banking needs .I was contacted by a staff of this branch claiming to be the RM for my account. But the RM is only for name sake who is not capable of handling customer queries or resolving them.
I had made a general enquiry with the RM regarding a banking service which I wanted to avail, but inspite of repeated follow ups from my end ,this query is still unanswered or passed on to the respective team. I have requested for a call back which is also ignored.
I made a big mistake by by having my account with this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service, no respect for customer. Requested for Forex card appointment, hdfc person told to come at 10.30 am on 20th July. Then called us and changed time to 11. When we reached bank, we have to wait for the person till 11.40. Then took 2 hrs to get card and till today it is not activated. Now thinking to change my bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting customer service ! Went to get the name changed and the so called personal banker repudiated me and asked me go to some other personal banker as this person was more curious for someone who wanted to open a new bank account and wanted to help them immediately. Woman in the help desk is a huge joke , talks “authoritatively” to customers and that too in Hindi language ( probably she thinks everyone in India will and must speak Hindi ) poor knowledge of her own country ! Lot of employees speak Hindi here and none of them want to switch to Kannada which is the language of the state. Executives here are not customer oriented and all they do is make you wait even when all the counters are empty.
Good going hdfc ! You’ll become a laughing stock soon ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi had a bad experience here with the help desk and never expected this from HDFC. The lady in help desk, she is very arrogant and she do not know how to interact with customers. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the pathetic branch i have ever seen, non professional stafs, arogent branch manager and manager never be their in his seat. I thought HDFC all the branches are good but this is like ICICI Bank... fish market!!!! Compare to this branch , Yelahanka branch near Hanuman mandir is more customer friendly and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank Manager Denied cash withdraw service as cashier was not there in the counter and no other cashier available. It was good earlier but looks like now a days this Branch is not caring customers at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank don't even diserve one star also... We applied for current account and they took 2 weeks while processing we told them to inform while depositing check they did it without informing and check bounced ... Immediately after next day we told them to deposit again but they reject our request and giving silly reason that system is not taking and also miss seema told that manager refused for it... Also they told us we don't have capable to maintain amount... very very poor customer service I would request to think before going to this branch. To deposit our money we need to listen all.
