★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you think SBI has a worst staff then this BOB dighi branch proves you wrong. Because employees from here are not only arrogant but also so careless.
I bare them only because I've salary account there which is compulsory from my company. And I've no choice for it. but if you have choice you better go with any other bank atleast go for other branch. Because this one is worst.
They not even able to deliver your ATM and credit cards at your provided location. They misguided the delivery more oftenly. And they haven't any regret for it. You have to go there for collect everything and wait until completing there virtual or imaginary work which they pretend to do.

I had an unauthorised transaction in my account so reached bank and asked for help so they asked to block ATM as they said it was done by ATM but I was at home and ATM is with me. Later one counter manager said no you had given OTP or you have share information on call. But I have not received anything call or SMS of OTP. and that staff person started yelling at me instead of helping me in correct way. I request BANK manager or authority to train staff properly to answer properly. Not with me only this happened, observed that, he was replying in such a arrogant way that people while leaving having worst experience.

Mobile banking of Bank of Baroda is very nice and helpful.
For delivery of ATM CARD at your residence you have to give correct address to bank.
So that your ATM CARD will be reached at you home promptly.
