★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idbi Bank has one of the best internet banking option. But mobile banking is pathetic. Tingrenagar branch is chaos. No proper parking. Branch is small in space. Not system of token. Thus creating a customer inconvenience. Staff is helpful but still feels lacking somewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff. Before opening the bank account everyone will treat you very nicely. But after that it's hell. I opened my wife's savings account and when I went to collect the ATM card and passbook they strictly denied to hand it over to me. When I explained them that my wife is 8 and half months pregnant and she cannot travel to the branch, they said "we also have women employees working and it's not our problem, she will have to come here and collect it we have no choice. If this is the service they are giving then I don't think they are liable to handle any customers.
