★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only Dena Bank Branch in Madhayamgram Barasat area. Situated on first floor. Extremely narrow staircase. Typical of Dena Bank branches, there are chairs for customers to sit but not a single table in from to fill up forms. Not even a standing desk. Otherwise properly staffed. ATM on ground floor just near the bank entrance staircase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and slow service and bad behavior with the Castomers. A tea server servant lady behave like she is the owner of the bank and she always sought and gives instructions to the Castomers. Employees always makes the Castomers to correct silly spelling mistakes and change, re fill the new form again and again until they gets satisfied and enjoy Castomers harresment.
