Your employee in bank who are new faces.. Gives a wrong commitment to customers, customers who are old people are getting frustrated and disspaointed with your services, for such a small loan, your staff do not give a proper information, everyday we come something or the other is needed, y do u harass people so much and vijaayak bank manager how much holiday do u need, ur absence is making lot of people loosing their patience and ur the staff who are new faces , giving incomplete information to customers, and repeatedly giving the same old treatment week after week. Just for a small loan if a person has to come week after week then what is the benefit of keeping an account ur bank .....i guess vijaya bank need old and experience staff rather keeping new faces n troubling customers .......i seriously have to say that the staff here tried to be nice to customers but when the job is supposed to be done then thier niceness becomes irritating .....vijaya bank don't let people suffer or else there are few customers who can take this sort of irregular responsibility to court.
For one personal Loan my god every new information is asked of every visit , how many times a senior citizen is asked to come repeatedly like this, can't u give whole information in one shot...... Sometimes u asked to get this document and then again next day u visit get one another documents n again u visit same old demand of getting another document and again repeat....... Remember one more thing you guys do not even care wether a personn is standing there n exoect8ng somebody to come n give a right direction.... All we get to know is get one more bloody information In papers............ Now I guess it s time some action should be taken.. This is too much.
