Worst service very rude behaviour of the receipionst, for loan they pressurise clients and once the loan is given , no after sales very poor service all I'll literate and I'll mannered staffs . SHAME ON THIS CREEPY MANAGEMENT ?

Very rude and offensive behavior of receptionist and the agent thakurji....unwilling to give information regarding bank rate of interest...and help in terms of loan

Very Bad experience...Very bad new customer service. People seem least interested in opening a new bank account ..Not trying at all..in opening new account..2 male satff looked very lazy in answering questions....will myself never open an account in this bank...and would advice all my reletives and friends not to open an account here...because the demo they showed in the beginning of account opening enquiry ...God knows...what will happen once an account is open in this bank....I have about 7 bank accounts..never met such kind of bank emplyees..who spoil the name of their bank. And bring the bank standards down...such a same to the 2 employes of Idbi bank, siliguri branch ,sevoke road. Siliguri.,??????

Most rude indescipline behaviour of Bank staff,yhey treat customer as beggars and didn't respond to any query made,all time busy in discussion wiith colegue and talking over cell phone

Very bad experience.A very rude and arrogant entrance guard.A corruption is going on.Mastermind is the guard,Aadhar agent and the one who gave out token.I visited the bank on October 2020.when I go in,the guard push me out physically and said I have to take token to get my Aadhar update,after a while,a tall man come out and said that Aadhar update till December 2020 is over and only if I pay extra 400,it will be possible.i paid 450. 50 for update,400 to get it done that day.Now question can be ask why did I pay,well what can I do.my work is very urgent and most Aadhar agent in town is close due to pandemic ,moreover it was the 5th bank I tried that day as most of the bank has discontinue Aadhar update service.The most shocking thing is the entrance guard,the token incharge and the Aadhar agent sharing the money.Authourity need to seriously look into this matter so they won't take advantage of the customer during this pandemic and harassed the customer.very sad and horrible horrible experience.Advice . Don't ever go there
