★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very slow and harassed account holder my personal experience when I submitted my kyc form along with aadhar, Pan card they're told me ok your kyc submitted successfully but after one month my account freeze when I ask why it is freeze answer me your kyc not submitted I am shocked I told them all ready submitted my kyc they are do not heard anything and told me if u submit kyc then ur account opened.But some 1 or 2 staff really good i don't know there names but maximum number so bad.

This is worst bank service. All time record setter in WORST performing branch.(malaguri branch.
Very poor service of staff, Manager service is horrible.
Must need to change.
