★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the main branches of State Bank of India in Siliguri. The staff is very cordial and helpful. The branch also accepts all types of government challans and motor vehicle challans.The new branch is just on the main road and is very spacious. There are seating spaces for customers. All in all a showcase branch of State Bank of India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very good and safe bank with nice use mind and technology. There is a token system for deposit of cash here in this branch. In this branch u can also deposit cash using cards too by which they are promoting cashless India which is a very nice initiative which should be followed by every banks and their respective branches.

I was visit almost 100 times in this branch but... Until they're not Improve nor changed their behavior. They're thinking I'm the superior in this branch and customers is nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI mostly gets bad rep for customer handling. Rightfully so in some places I guess. But don't really fault them considering the number of customers the handle.
But this branch had always been good to me. Be that solving remittance problems to CIF aggregation. They always made it work once I was able to explain my problem to them.
And now I'm covid era they have a unique safe setup too.
