★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My initial experience wasn't pleasant since the guy refused to take up my requests by citing that he has a lot of work today. I am not sure how should I respond to such an excuse? However, my next few visits were quite fruitful n got the job done. On the hygiene aspect citing COVID, the bank has taken appropriate measures i.e. a plastic barricade has been placed between the bank employees and tbe customers.
