β β β β β This central Bank of india's Staff is very nice. Lot of customers rush in this bank but staff can manage very nicely. This is one of the major branch in pimpri chinchwad area it covers talegaon too.

ATM is beside branch. don't go in morning else you need to wait.

β β β β β The worst bank experience I ever had in my life.
1) If you go to bank.. there were no board for Counters so each time you go we need to ask to each counter and they tell u different counter and then that counter tells you different counter and this process generally ends up cycle and again u come to first counter u asked.
I put this point from 3-4 years to print boards what that counter is for but no action.
Last month I met manager and he told he took charge 6 months ago and can show me quotation he asked for these boards..(but when I ask to show then he was giving reason that actually he had call and then that is old mail.. I can't show)
I suggested to ask for funds like 5-10 rupees from customer or I will give him 100/- so at least take 1/- print and stick to counter.
Last week when I visit.. at least 1/- black and while A4 sized print stuck at counters.
2) I am putting another point from 3-4 years that why there is no queue and all crowd gathering at counter... But still no action so asked same to manager...he and someone other staff also told per priority it work...and as if someone who comes later and has less time's work so we does that first. Even other staff also told that "WHY SHOULD WE NEED QUEUES IN BANK"
I argued with him on this point and told him importance of queue in bank.
3) I told inconvenience of counter arrangement... On that manager told this is only 4000 sq. Feet space..
But as per that prime location of Akurdi..this is much space and half of the space is occupied by VERY VERY Big cabins of these managers and other high level staffs.
Means space is not for customer and customer serving counters but for managers to sit.
4) My one more personal experience was I wanted to open Current account but staff told me even if I had all documents for current account still you need savings account... Or joint with ur family member account. It took me 1 week for that and later Central Bank customer care on call told it was not necessary to have saving account first. Then as my cheque was about to expire so opened Current account in SBI and account opened and activated in 1.5 days and deposited cheque but to clear it from other bank and weekend it took 3 days and that cheque expired and till now even after 1 year I haven't got that money. It's loss and still checking for new cheque.
This was all because Central Bank of India staff wrong information and no active response from staff towards customer.
5) one more incident.. once as always I was in queue for work done and staff was busy to open account of local political candidate.. all customers were waiting but he and his so called secretary beside lady staff for URGENT account opening as part of his nomination and all staffs just rushing to make his account opened with mimimal documents. And even in front of us he hot passbook also.. See difference between common customers and local politician.
When I told for we all waiting customer.. that so called secretary told it's urgent and staff also supporting them..
Overall WORST Bank management in this bank and proper authority needs to audit this.

β β β β β The visiting time is 11 am...but its not open.
I am standing for an hour. Also many of them are standing in this harsh sun by keeping their many priority aside. There are many household chores, work , job, studies. The govt should understnd the needs of the people.
This is not the way .....
