★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this SBI branch to get a demand draft. They kept me waiting for hours and then said they will not issue the demand draft to me because Its not my home branch.
There is no such rule for issuing demand draft. They made up this rule on their own to get rid of work.
Pathetic and rude staff with very unprofessional attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have opened my account with state bank of hyderabad in pradhikaran nigdi pune branch because the bank has a good accessibility and very clean atmosphere , now state bank of hyderabad has merged with state bank of india nigdi branch. The nigdi branch is such a crowded that nobody want to visit the branch and takes long time to do your banking job. As usual the merger of bank is only done by changing the system but not changing the infrastructure of the bank, customers are fed up with sbi and one who has the merger plan (govt) without proper planning

The number displayed here does not belong to State Bank of India... it belongs to the Union Bank and the other numbers of State Bank keeps ringing don't even bother to answer them. Being nationalise bank not able to keep satisfy customers need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class bank with third class service..They don't value customers time..Worst experience of their account activation procedure..It takes 1 month for activation..worst still am not able to do my payment via net banking or any other apps also unable to withdraw cash from ATM or At their home branch by using withdrawals slip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor behavior... I got a message on change if address and KYC completed. However I havent requested and someone is misusing my account.
I thought report this to the branch since the customer care was not helpful at all...
However the security at the bank asked me to lined up in the long queue to report this. So the bank is so kind that they are not bothered about the fraud happening in their bank. The security has to understand the criticality and allow us to report this fraud to save our money.
I am still left with no help, since i dont know which is my home branch since i hold a account from SBT branch.

It seems like SBI doesn't care and wants its customers anymore, taking customers for granted.
They call them selves educated, but can't do case studies, application proof reading, what customer demands & whats getting delivered, lazy as hell, even many of them can't do simple math 42k INR x 2 = 84k INR.
And remember they wont tell you, list on the go, one stop solutions.
manger is like yeah, we can do that and promise you 'x' but delivers you 'y'. when asked gives silly/ not reverent reasons. and will makes you to bring things in written from other branch, unnecessarily.
