Trainers are knowledgeable and skilled which is important when ur lifting heavy weights and in general as well, they guide you about your posture and diet as well. As a female gym member i feel gym is very safe and secure. The crowd is awesome as well they motivate you help you to be consistent. I am very happy abt my progress soo far.

There are many trainers on the floor and are very helpful, they take effort to understand your body, remember what your current workout plan is and try to push you to do better always. The trainers are the biggest plus point of joining this gym. Besides, the gym is equipped with all types of necessary equipment including the various cardio machines as well as different weight machines. The best gym in this area indeed!
