Horrible banking services. Have faced so many issues with the NRO account. Debit card gets blocked for no reason. And they keep needing KYC every time I visit the branch.
Systems are always down. Impossible to get any work done in less than 15mins.
The NRO account manager is also clueless most of the time.
Accountability is never taken for their mess ups.
On top of that the toilets are so dirty and smelly: the bank smells like piss the moment you enter.
