★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. The POC was rude, refused to acknowledge the order number to track status, was not helpful at all.
The order that was delivered looks nowhere close to what I had placed. I was promised that it will be close to what I have originally ordered. White carnations(expected) are NOWERE close to roses(delivered late).
Furthermore, there were no timely replies to the email seeking replacement option confirmation. I had to call them from USA to get an update and the POC refused to pull up any update from the order number provided. Why is the order number generated then ? I was asked to contact Ferns and Petals for getting an update on the order (well, don't you own a franchise ? Why do I have to run around places to get an update on order status ? ). In addition to that, initially, the POC initially refused to help with providing the right contact number (stating: I don't have it). It was later, after heated argument that he provided it.
It is unfortunate that this is the way you play with customers and ruin the trust they have in your service. Why should I place and order with you again ?
This is the 4th time Ferns and Petals, Surat has screwed up. How much time will it take for you to learn ?
If you can not execute the orders that are placed online then why do you even accept those ? Why do you fools customers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really don't know how does the company train the employees but one of the most arrogant customer care executives I have ever been on call with. First they messed up with the order and when asked to keep the identity anonymous they disclosed it. What's the point of charging so much of premium when you can't even deliver the package on time. Will never ever order anything from fnp again. Highly not recommend.

However each time I have raised a query, they have closed it stating that the authorised people will get in touch. They should feel accountable to their customers. They should return back the money or atleast deliver the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered last night a birthday present for a friend in Surat and when I asked them what will be the tentative timeline for delivery they said they can not commit anything it will be between 9am to 8pm. I was expecting the order to reach by at least today afternoon 2pm. Now when I called them they showed very unprofessional behavior and said they will make it reach by 8pm as they have many orders to deliver so not sure when exactly my order will reach. I don't recommend such type of behavior when you can not handle bulk orders than just don't take it. Give a good service don't just take orders to earn money otherwise soon there will be many more companies like yours with good client ethics and timeline. It was a surprise for my friend and now he went out with family and there will be no one at home to accept the order. I do not recommend ferns n petals. I want a refund if there is no one to accept the order because you are working as per your timeline not clients timelines. Strictly not recommended if you are sending surprise gifts through Ferns n Petals.

I bought here a good luck plant as money plant was not available which was at a good rate also and beautiful too. The owner is also very cooperative listens to you what you want exactly and suggests you for what you can gift anybody.
