Their showroom is huge and the furnishings’ quality is excellent. They also have several catalogues of different furnishings brands to choose from which includes leading brands such as ‘Shades of India’ and ‘D’ Decor’. All the products are delivered on time and the delivery guys are extremely pleasant to work with.
Talking about the owner Rahul, his customer service is magnificent. My family generally makes quite a few rounds of Home Furnishings before making a final decision on the exact furniture we want.
Rahul understands what we as customers want, is always patient and not pushy. My friends and family love the furniture at my home which feels nice. Not a ding or scratch when the products arrive, and are always handled very well by the delivery folks and set up efficiently. I highly recommend Shivanaa Homes.
