a. Worst customer service
b. Zero value for money
c. False staff claims to push the products
1. I had purchased a shampoo that was 'highly recommended' by their staff for silky smooth hair, going by their word, I made the purchase. To my utter dismay after the very first wash, my hair felt extremely dry and rough so much so that I had to return to the store, to convey it to the store owner/manager. But the manager payed zero heed either to the bucks I spent on it or to the ugly experience I had, forget about returning or exchanging the product.
2. Wanting to give the store a second chance, I went again, this time to purchase a gift for my granny a mama earth rose body moisturizer however she wanted a different one. Hence, I went with a genuine request back to the store to exchange it for another moisturizer but to my utter disbelief I got the ugly treatment from the store manager who not just refused to exchange it but was extremely harsh with his words and attitude as well.
