★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch used to be one of the best in the area and the staff were very customer friendly. But now the new staff (all women) don’t even deserve 1 star. Worst customer service and behavior. For example, I submitted my net banking form in March and it’s June and still they couldn’t activate it. When I asked them they said they didn’t receive any such form. I again submitted the form and they still couldn’t activate my internet banking. The staff are very evasive and reluctant to do any work. Their behavior is the worst of all banks in the Jodhpur Park area. The standard of the Branch is very poor right now.
