★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall service is not good and once you enter the bank, a feeling of chaos catches up. For one internet account creation, 2 times filled the form and still waiting for it since past 4 months now!!
Not at all organised as the branch is weak at following proper processes and is more of heroic people dependency

Also he is dynamic, approachable and understanding.Time taken for loan disbursement, account opening and transactions has reduced drastically under new management, and bank is really matching all features of private sectors bank now.Kudos Lukesh and Team !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is on prime location but the building is behind the parking area near the shivaji putla. the bank is big enough and whatever information i had with them it was good. The staff was responsive and there were many hoardings where many bank related information was privided. Bank security was checking temperature and all visitors
