★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had bad experience with this bank. Staffs are cooperative. One of the good thing about this bank is that they are working even on Sunday's till 2:00pm making it convenient for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Franking in this bank , the system & management is great( Open all 7 days!). As I was waiting in line for payment of fees , a third counter opened for Franking only , now I was 3rd from my initial counter hence thought that cashier would at least take the fees ( note : the watchman removed two people behind me at the end of this line. Suddenly the cashier walks out , thought it was his tea/ coffee break ! When he didn't appear the person at counter started complaining ( had right to do so) We were asked to go all the way back to 3rd counter. My 30 mins wasted ! Kept my cool as that person started loudly complaining . This Bank DISCRIMINATED against me ! ( Simply because I was a franking customer not their regular one).10 mins later Cashier walks in & resumes his duties. If this Bank doesn't like Franking then why are they continuing it .It will be my first & last time with this bank & franking done via a bank. A word of advice to the rude staff , people come here to do franking bcoz you offer to do so in this Navi Mumbai Area , they aren't your slaves to discriminate against . When told to wait for 1.5 hrs for verification of documents ,I simply walked out , returned at alloted time , collected them & walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of most helpful employees I have ever seen. I was here for franking related work and gentlemen at counter helped me alot from filling the form to the receiving the bond. I really appreciate the work they do, I don't have any account in this bank but thinking about applying for one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE.IT HAS BEEN A MONTH DINCE I OPENED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PASSBOOK.YOU CANNOT EVEN CALL/ REACH THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check out their 6 year Mobile App and Internet Banking App. Recently got a account dormant mailer also requesting feedback on their state of art apps.
I had a hard time on automatic service deductions and understanding their apps. Their loud anthem 'Abhimaan' on their home page for Internet Banking is another sore example.
It was once a good bank with great staff. Now like any average bank branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking services ever experienced. Takes more than an hour to update a passbook... Would never recommend any one to transact with such mismanaged bank, having staff with highly inflated ego. The staff are so rude, they don't have any respect for their manager

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have your account here. I would be closing my account as soon as my loan ends here. One of the worst bank ever. I can say even SBI has become better than this bank. Employees simply don't know how to Co-operate with customers.
A simple task will take hours and they will make you wait, then make you write a letter, then will say signature of others are also needed, this list goes on.
I have a education loan pending with this bank and the first thing I will do after is CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
They should remove the Co-operative from there name. It's the older bad version of SBI bank. Even if there's no lunch time you will be waiting for your work to get done.
