โ โ โ โ โ I Had really Bad Experience in the Bank
I was suffering from too many Ecs Charges
I was there want a justification but they only took action when gave them on written paper.After giving the written Application only they gave me statement of Esc deduction At first they just giving me dates on paper written by pen .
Front desk are saying communicate with back end And back end is saying go to the bank have a talk .

โ โ โ โ โ Review for the 0 customer Rating of Rupali Kale. Very unprofessional and rude lady. Don't have manners to talk to senior citizens. Have been visiting this branch for fifth time because of their irresponsible behaviour in this pandemic lockdown period. This is the worst bank experience I have ever faced.
I wish I could rate them 0 rating.
They don't assist customers and are busy using mobile phones and chit-chatting with each others.

โ โ โ โ โ I never seen such worst bank. I am asking for flexi account for auto sweep into FD. and the lady ms. Kale. trying to make me fool on low interest. she told me i got auto sweep option with keep minimum 1 lakh in my account as minimum maintaining balance.
I think this bank seriously rob their customers. And thats why there rating is worst. No one should open account here because there are many banks gives you saving account at 2000/- minimum with good interest rate and with auto sweep facility to FD. I never going to deal with rbl bank again.

Fantastic staff.
The lady Mrs. Supriya is very cooperative and polite.

โ โ โ โ โ Very nice experience at aadhar enrollment...the lady at the counter was polite, humble and very prompt...was able to get the work done in less than 10 minutes...excellent customer service

โ โ โ โ โ I had a very bad experience at Rbl bank Vashi branch. In case of Aadhar card registration, the staff did not work very well. I had to wait for 2 days for Aadhar card registration.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff gives unprofessional reasons like GPS not working for Aadhar Enrollment. Staff does not follow Covid Appropriate Behaviour. Most of staf doesn't wear even mask, openly coughing and sneezing, without covering face. They are not even taking cognizance of Kids around them. Truly unprofessional staff.
