★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Bank is near to the Vashi Bus Depot there is car parking available but don't park your car as it is no parking zone do visit this place after 2 o'clock as it will be less crowded at that time

Seriously do something with your employee's behaviour. She Didn't even talk properly to people
Tell her to do something to her attitude.

Employees are not even capable to reset the password for online banking....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very worst experience. I visited this SBI Vashi -Turbhe Branch on 17/2/2022 to delete my deceased wife name from our joint sb account. It took me more than 1.5 hours to get this work done. During this 1.5 hour I have been shunted from one counter to the other.First I was to to go to counter no. 9,then counter no. 10 and lastly to counter no. 12. When I approached to counter no. 12 the lady was preparing to go for lunch and in order to avoid me she asked me to keep ready the original Adhar and PAN cord ready with the copies thereof. In fact that was not necessary as I have already updated my KYC. Even then the staff
