Had transferred my PPF account from Bhayandar Branch to Ulhasnagar Branch. They are not answering the calls and if answered there is no update on the balance transfer for the last 2 years. Poor customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience with the staff. They made us stand in a queue, for more than half an hour (outside the bank) we waited in a queue only to understand their systems were not working. I requested the security at the gate that only I want to enquire why my account was locked out. He treated us like beggars: yelled at us saying: "leave.. We are not working." I rebuked him and said don't you dare to behave with customers like this.. And, I went inside because I was exhausted by standing in the queue without any update about their systems.
Then, an executive(lady) came in and started behaving rude and she was trying to make me go out.. I rebuked her as well saying: " if systems are not working, then you should close the branch. You want to show yourself productive.. Without helping customers." Then, one officer heard this & was ashamed and came to attend us.
The staff here sucks. Systems are simply ill. Forget about process and customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service long queue for depositing money kiosk machine installed inside branch but out of service requested manager to start another counter excuse was very silly that they dont have permissions from higher authorities bacause they dont have enough buisness enough buisness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff ever seen. Passbook printing machine never works. And if you ask bank staff to print they talk as if we are their servants. Manager doesn't even moves his a** even if some customer having issues with their staff. Please shut off this branch if you are nor able to manage! Closing my account straightaway after this. Please go and learn from other banks how to manage!
