For a single issue, I visited the branch three times. They keep telling me to contact the toll-free number and ask them to solve the issue, toll-free people ask me to visit the branch and ask them to solve the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank at Ulhasnagar is pathetic.I had a salary account after some years automatically it was converted int savings account. I visited the branch to continue with the account as savings in April it was with no minus balance then too they deducted 590 as non maintenance charges for March, could not understand if it was with no minus balance why was the deduction.First the receptionist forced me to buy a policy of Max life and he made me pay from the deposit that I had made of 15000/ after this my account went on zero balance then the bank authority Started deducting the amount as non maintenance charges.I have decided to file a case against this deed and the close the account from this bank.
